1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our return policy operates alongside and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2). Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies (including refund, replacement or repair) where a product has a major failure or does not meet a consumer guarantee. These rights cannot be excluded or modified.
2. Our Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept voluntary returns of unopened Zenvorin products in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, for any reason. The product seal must be intact.
We do not accept returns of opened products under our voluntary policy, except where required by the ACL (for example, where the product is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us within the applicable return period:

We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for sending the product back. Do not send products back without first contacting us.
4. Return Shipping
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. For returns due to a faulty product, incorrect item or ACL-covered failure, we will arrange and cover return shipping at no cost to you.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you in accordance with the ACL.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our voluntary policy:
- Products that have been opened, used or whose seal has been broken.
- Products returned outside the 14-day voluntary return window (statutory ACL rights still apply where applicable).
- Products not purchased directly from glozarinyrshunex.ddd.
